Operations and Maintenance Acceleration Program (OMAP)
Understanding the critical role of operations and maintenance (O&M) programs to achieve EO 88 targets, NYPA created the Operations and Maintenance Acceleration Program (OMAP). Part of BuildSmart NY, OMAP is a suite of resources and services designed to help State Agencies operate their facilities in the most energy-efficient manner possible.
OMAP has interrelated components. With practical resources, streamlined contracts, and statewide recognition – each operation and maintenance component is carefully designed to help advance Executive Order 88, improving the energy efficiency of state buildings.
