Please select your employee (or retiree) group below for the information relevant to you. If you’re an active employee and in a union, choose either the IBEW or UWUA link and if you’re not, choose the Management link.

Tax Season
Form 1095-C’s have been mailed. If you are in an HMO, you will also receive Form 1095-B from the insurance provider.
FSA Claims Deadline
You have until March 31, 2021 to submit your 2020 Healthcare and/or Dependent Care claims for reimbursement.
