New York Power Authority electric utility crews complete repair of a 300-foot, 115 kilovolt transmission line across Highway 22 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Under the direction of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, there are currently more than 450 New York electric utility workers on the ground in Puerto Rico assisting with the recovery of its power grid, which suffered severe damage from Hurricane Maria in September.
