There are renovations taking place at the Power Vista with a planned full re-opening expected in mid-May 2016. We are currently open during the reconstruction, but with limited access. Located just 4 miles downstream from the Falls, it is set amidst the spectacular scenery of the Niagara River Gorge.
Visitors of all ages enjoy the hands-on experience as they learn about hydroelectricity and the historic role it has played in the Niagara Frontier.

The QR code tour can enhance any trip to the Niagara Power Vista. This audio tour provides mobile access to over 20 exhibits, and works with both traditional cell phones (dial 716- 796-0135) and the latest smartphones (scan the QR codes with a QR Code Reader). Learn more about this interactive new addition to the Power Vista.
We've added a 16 kW solar array to the roof of the Power Vista and linked it to an interactive kiosk in the exhibit area. The display provides real time generation data and information on solar energy technology.
