Paul Pfeiffer (left) of the Buffalo Niagara Enterprise joins NYPA President and Chief Executive Officer, Richard M. Kessel (right), to convey the importance of the Power Authority’s 100 Megawatt Statewide Photovoltaic (PV) Initiative. NYPA announced that it has received 43 proposals for the project, an effort that would increase by fivefold the current amount of installed PV generation in New York State.
