Photos and Captions: New York Power Authority Receives 2010 Outstanding Stewards of America’s Waters Award (OSAW)

The Power Authority received a high honor on April 26 from the National Hydropower Association (NHA) for its efforts in support of the nesting and breeding of the common tern, a New York State-threatened bird species, in Buffalo Harbor.
