Photo and Caption: Boy Scout Tour of Niagara Power Project May 7, 2008 Jim Zeames of Lewiston, electrical maintenance planner at the New York Power Authority’s Niagara Power Project, recently led a group from the Boy Scouts’ Greater Niagara Frontier Council through the project’s admission-free visitors center, the Power Vista.
