Meeting on August 21 to Discuss Protocol
for Greenway Standing Committees

LEWISTON—The New York Power Authority (NYPA) will
host a meeting of the four Greenway Fund Standing Committees on
Tuesday, Aug. 21, from noon to 3 p.m., at the Niagara Power Project
Power Vista, at 5777 Lewiston Rd., Lewiston, N.Y.
The meeting, which is open to the public, will
continue discussions of standing- committee protocols for Niagara
River Greenway project proposals.
NYPA has developed draft protocols based on
settlement agreements previously reached with key stakeholders in
the relicensing of the Niagara project. The protocols detail such
topics as committee membership, meeting requirements, committee
authority and obligation, and fund disbursements.
