Because of weather conditions, a New York Power Authority-sponsored dinner, scheduled for Thursday night (Feb. 15) at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in the Town of Schoharie to recognize local emergency services organizations, has been postponed. An announcement will be made at a later time on the scheduling of a new date for the event, at which NYPA will formally present a check for $5,500 for maintenance of an early-warning siren system in the county.
