NYPA Trustees to Meet October 24, 2006 Contact: October 18, 2006 WHITE PLAINS―The New York Power Authority’s Board of Trustees will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Blenheim-Gilboa Visitors’ Center, 1378 State Route 30, North Blenheim, NY .
