Power Authority Receives Plaque for "Tuesdays in the Park" Support Photo Caption: Randy Crissman, left, the New York Power Authority's (NYPA) regional manager for Western New York, accepts a plaque from George Osborne, president of Artpark & Company, in recognition of NYPA's sponsorship of the successful Children's Activities that take place during the "Tuesday in the Park" concert series. For 13 weeks, Artpark sizzles with outdoor musical entertainment on the beautiful Niagara River Gorge. "Artpark is very grateful to the New York Power Authority for its ongoing support of our programs," Osborne said.
