ALBANY Ė The New York Power Authority (NYPA) will oversee the seasonal installation of buoys and flashboards at Crescent and Vischer Ferry dams, located on the Mohawk River in the Towns of Niskayuna, Clifton Park and Colonie starting Sunday, April 30.   The Barge Canal opens Friday, April 28.
