Economic Development Power Allocation Board to Meet Contact: April 19, 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE WHITE PLAINS—The Economic Development Power Allocation Board (“EDPAB”) will hold a meeting via video-conferencing on Monday, April 24, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. at the Clarence D.
