"Winter Break Series" Programs for Families During February School
Break

A series of programs for children and parents that will
chase away the winter blues and provide activities during February’s
mid-winter school break are planned at the New York Power Authority’s (NYPA)
Blenheim-Gilboa Visitors Center from Tuesday, February 21 through Thursday,
February 23.
Before, during and after the programs, visitors can stroll
through the wide array of hands-on exhibits at the Visitors Center which
presents information on the themes of the Basics of Electricity, Uses of
Electricity and the operation of New York’s largest pump-storage electric
power plant.
Visitors are also sure to enjoy the panoramic views of the
power plant and the Schoharie Creek from the visitors center.

Wednesday, February 22: “Dabbing With Dinosaurs” Presented by Melodee James

Thursday, February 23: Magician, author, musician & ventriloquist Steve
Charney Will Perform with his dummy, “Harry”
