WHITE PLAINS—The first phase of rate revisions for preference power, approved by New York Power Authority trustees at an April 29, 2003 meeting, went into effect on May 1, 2003. Phases two, three and four will occur on May 1 of 2004, 2005 and 2006.
A Power Authority news release contained incorrect dates.
