WHITE PLAINS—The New York Power Authority will be soliciting offers to supply energy, installed capacity and related services to assist in meeting the long-term needs of its customers. The Power Authority is seeking to add to its portfolio beginning in 2004 for a period up to10 years. Any interested party can receive a copy of the Request for Proposals by contacting Jordan Brandeis, Director of Supply Planning, 123 Main Street, White Plains, NY 10601, by FAX (914) 390 8156 or by E-mail at jordan.brandeis@nypa.gov The RFP will be mailed out on Aug. 7, 2001. Offers will be received by NYPA through Aug. 30, 2001.
