NYPA has won the most OSAW awards from among all NHA members.

John Suloway, vice president, Project Development, Licensing and Compliance, New York Power Authority, (third from right), receives the New York Power Authority’s (NYPA) fourth Outstanding Steward of America’s Waters (OSAW) Award from the National Hydropower Association in April 2012.  With four awards, NYPA has now won more OSAW awards from among all NHA members. 

Presenting this year’s award to NYPA for its habitat restoration of Little Beaver Island in Grand Island, N.Y., are from right: Jeanne Hilsinger, Chief Executive Officer, Mavel Americas and Chair, Public Affairs Committee, National Hydropower Association; Matthew Nocella, Assistant Manager of Strategic Communications, National Hydropower Association; and
