Join these hearty pirates and climb aboard for some free family fun at the New York Power Authority’s Halloween Spooktacular.  This year’s event will be held Saturday, Oct. 27, at the Power Vista Visitors Center and will include games, crafts, a haunted house and a costume contest. Prizes will be awarded to kids with creative costumes.
