Join these hearty pirates and climb aboard for some “Scho-haire-raising” Halloween fun at the New York Power Authority’s Halloween events Saturday and Sunday, October 27 & 28.  On Saturday, the Blenheim-Gilboa Visitors Center will hold its annual Halloween event, including games, crafts, hayrides and a costume contest from noon to 2 p.m. On Sunday,  a medium will offer a haunted history house tour of NYPA’s Historic Lansing Manor from 3-5 p.m.
