WHITE PLAINS—The New York Power Authority (NYPA) Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 17, at 11 a.m., at NYPA’s administrative office building, at 123 Main St., White Plains, N.Y., in the 16th floor boardroom. Consistent with Section 104(4) of the Open Meetings Law, the public has the right to attend the meeting.
