Illustration of plans for the construction of dikes and water control structures to create the Nichols Hill Island Habitat Improvement Project (HIP), located at the western end of the Wilson Hill Wildlife Management area in St. Lawrence County.  The work will be undertaken through a $3.3 million contract awarded to J. E. Sheehan Contracting Corp. of Potsdam, by the New York Power Authority Board of Trustees on June 26, 2012.
