Bounce houses are just one of the attractions sure to entertain the family at the New York Power Authority’s (NYPA) Summer Spectacular, to be held Saturday, July 21, from 10 a.m. to 4p.m. at the Frank S. McCullough, Jr. Hawkins Point Visitors Center and Boat Launch in Massena. Attendees will also enjoy live music, crafts for children and free ice-cream at the admission-free event.
