MASSENA—The New York Power Authority (NYPA) will hold its annual “Spooktacular” Halloween Party at the admission-free Frank S. McCullough, Jr. Hawkins Point Visitors Center and Boat Launch on Saturday, October 27.  

The admission-free event will feature pumpkin- and face-painting, games, movies and much more. All children in costume will be able to Trick-or-Treat for goodie bags during the party. The fun will take place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Guests will also be able to view the wide array of interactive exhibits at the visitors center on the operation of the St. Lawrence-FDR Power Project, the basics of electricity and uses of electricity. Children and adults will be able to touch, see and listen to the many interactive exhibits while enjoying the panoramic views of the NYPA power dam.
