Application of New York Transmission Owners Pursuant to Article VII for Authority to Construct and Operate Electric Transmission Facilities in Multiple Counties in New York.

The New York Transmission Owners - Central Hudson, Con Edison, LIPA, National Grid, NYPA, NYSEG, O&R and RG&E - filed an application outlining 3 transmission infrastructure projects on October 1, 2013.

Note: The PSC has not assigned a separate case number for the Marcy South Series Compensation Project. Project documents are included in Case 13-M-0457 with other Transmission Owner projects.
